What to wear to the MET Ball?

Red gown by Alexander McQueen

If you’re one of the chosen few to be invited to the MET ball it’s a blessing and a curse. As a fashion stylist I realize that all eyes will be on what you wear and you need a gown fit for a ball.  So I’ve compiled a list of designers who would be wonderful and appropriate to wear to the Metropolitan Museum of Art Ball this year in honor of the exhibit featuring Alexander McQueen. It’s a shame he won’t be able to be there.
All of these designers make gowns meant to make a huge impression.
If you haven’t had a chance to order your dress custom by now RUN don’t walk to Bergdorfs, Saks, and Barney’s in NYC as they all have stunning dress

departments. Tell them I sent you 🙂
