How can Christian Louboutin’s panties be in such a twist? He is suing YSL over his famous trademarked red sole. In 1992 he filed his red soles as his trademark and now YSL is making a red shoe with a red sole, a green shoe with a green sole, and purple shoe with a purple sole. Is he in the right? It is true that when I see a red sole I’m pretty sure the lady is in a Louboutin or a bad copy. But how can he trademark a color? So many news outlets have picked up this story but what do you think?
