Who am I?
I’m a personal stylist based in NYC. I know a little something about stress and a ALOT about self care.
I was forced to slow down and put myself first when I was diagnosed with a chronic illness and a few pesky health challenges.
At the time I thought it was the end of the world…but what happened in the process of a few years is that I became a “sleep and self care expert”.(this is a title given to me by a friend who traveled with me and who healed her sleep and food regime under my guidance+support)
