Went to view Sergio’s new collection for Celestino Couture and was met with a reality tv camera crew. Very common these days but still kinda exciting. The new collection had me super excited. Sergio is a very talented young designer who deserves way more press and fan fare. I’ve know him for a couple years and have loved seeing him grow and evolve. As usual he presented a very well made collection with gowns to swoon by. The high waisted skirt is especially editorial worthy. I’ve included a few of my favorites. And yes that’s an dressy ‘onesie’ or jumpsuit for the red carpet. There are very few designers in this town who truly practice the art of couture where they make garments by hand and for the individual customer and he’s one of them. So next time you have that black tie affair where off the rack just won’t cut it you know who to call.
