The fashion label Kenzo opened Kong restaurant in Paris-no wonder it’s so chic! Dome shaped glass penthouse dining room feels almost as if one was in a space ship from Star Wars. I was brought there by my ‘french lobster’ friend from Paris. I think the Parisians wouldn’t dare visit this place but with a visiting friend it can be a worthy guilty pleasure. Food is Asian fusion and well presented but tiny. Luckily I didn’t arrive there with an empty stomach. The view of the Seine and ambiance was the big draw for me. I also found myself snapping pics especially of the ghost chairs with faces on them. Apparently bar scene is also strong so I will have to return.
