Day 1 of the Style Compass package includes:
- ONE 30 minute initial phone consultation (complimentary)
- ONE 90 minute consultation covering color, shape, lifestyle, and client needs
- Healthy catered lunch
- Recommend and book hair, makeup, beauty, or nail appointment based on your needs (includes manicure/pedicure at Iris or Blow out at Blow ~ you may also choose to upgrade)
Day 2 of the Style Compass package includes:
- ONE 1-hour bra fitting
- ONE 2.5-hour shopping session at either one department store or three small boutiques. I will scout and pull appropriate items for you.

OPTIONAL STYLE UPGRADE SERVICES:

Terms
My service is by appointment only:
- A minimum 5 DAY notification is greatly appreciated to book the Style Compass.
- Additional hours for this package are $250 an hour (1 hour minimum)
- 24-48 hour notice required for changes/cancellations to avoid the $150 fee
- After first session, package is non-refundable
- Recommendations of outside vendors are at the client’s own risk. Please verify all tailoring work upon receiving competed alterations.
Clothing and expenses:
- Client is responsible for all clothing, accessory, and beauty services purchases made during the shopping excursions.
- Transportation is at the discretion and responsibility of the client between shops during scheduled sessions.
My GUARANTEE and cancellation policy
When someone fills out a questionnaire for a styling package with me, I’m always flattered ~ but I don’t always accept.
I want to make sure our goals for you are aligned and that we are good fit. But when I say “yes, let’s style,” I am full speed ahead.
When you pay your first installment (or in full) and select your dates, that’s in my book in stone. I immediately start mulling over and booking appropriate shopping spots, brainstorming special vendors, and plotting how to make the experience personalized to you.
Providing excellent customer service is crazy important to me.
I have no use for an unhappy client or bad business mojo so I’m going to pour my heart, soul, compassion, and style wisdom into our work together.
I’m going to give you my 150% care and attention
So that’s why ~ with exception to massive natural disasters, major illness, or deaths ~ I don’t offer refunds for my styling packages.
On that note, no one has yet requested a refund (I’m that good).
If I don’t feel I can deliver success I will offer to cancel our contract and refund the unused portion of your package.
If you need to reschedule your date, please give me 48-hour notice to avoid a $150 cancellation fee. I’ll offer you 3 alternative slots to
make it work.
